Vitamin C cures Hepatitis

I am reading a book by Linus Pauling

Mr (Dr?) Pauling just loved vitamin C. 

How many of you have been told that high doses of vitamin C cures Hepatitis?

I don't know much about Hepatitis - but I thought there was not much "health experts" could do for you  - or their cure could be worse than the disease?

Its just amazing to me that - here we have another all natural, cheap solution - that "health experts" refuse to use.
