After being diagnosed with a list of separate ailments and being told by doctors that my only course of action was to take prescription drugs for the rest of my life - I started doing research and quickly discovered several books that listed my symptoms – and showed that they were related! I started a diet that "health experts" said would not work (more likely to kill me), supplements that would not work, and an exercise program that would not work.
The results were so phenomenal - that my life has been completely changed. Instead of not having the energy to get off the couch - I go from about 5 AM to 9 PM seven days a week. Instead of not being able to focus on a task - the fog has lifted and I can focus like never before. Instead of spending a lot of time and money on doctor visits, prescription drugs, higher insurance costs, lab tests, and hospital visits - well I do spend money on vitamins - but it is a lot less and more convenient.
I found out that most "health experts" are wrong. Dead wrong. The reasons for why they are wrong range from - their insurance and medical licenses require them to only follow AMA conventions - to money, political views, ignorance, fraud, and greed.
My first goal is to help separate fact from fiction. My second goal is to show you how your medical problems are connected - not separate – as “health experts” diagnose and treat them. My third goal is to show you how diet, supplements (nutrition), and exercise are connected.
