What happens to people that eat only meat and zero carbs?
Meet Charles - zero carb extraordinaire.
Charles only eats two meals per day - and both meals are only steak.
He lifts weights and runs marathons.
So those of you that love meat - but have been told it is bad for you - you need to visit Charles websites, listen to what Charles has to say, and then make up your own mind.

Note that I am NOT saying that everyone has to eat zero carbs and run marathons. What I am saying is that it works very well for Charles - and you should consider if it is right for you.
I am not a runner and I eat most kinds of meat, eggs, and cheese. A few times a week I usually eat salads with blue cheese dressing and low glycemic vegetables.
Other people might run a lot - but eat what is know as low glycemic diet (not low carb).
But Charles has been extremely successful with his way of life - so I wanted to throw it out to you - if you really like running and steaks.
Thanks Charles!

Thanks, Keith!
