What happens to people that eat only meat and zero carbs?

Meet Charles - zero carb extraordinaire.

Charles only eats two meals per day - and both meals are only steak.

He lifts weights and runs marathons.

So those of you that love meat - but have been told it is bad for you - you need to visit Charles websites, listen to what Charles has to say, and then make up your own mind.

Charles's book reviews are excellent.

And his blog:

where he has articles like:

Carbohydrates Kill People

Do Calories Count on a Zero-Carb Diet?

Will a zero carb, high-fat diet lead to heart disease?

Why Exercise is Not the Answer

Does a High-Fat Diet Cause Breast Cancer?

The Diseases of Civilization

Is Diabetes Caused by Consuming Sugar?

Cognitive Dissonance

The Origins of the Low-Carb Movement

Note that I am NOT saying that everyone has to eat zero carbs and run marathons.  What I am saying is that it works very well for Charles - and you should consider if it is right for you.

I am not a runner and I eat most kinds of meat, eggs, and cheese.  A few times a week I usually eat salads with blue cheese dressing and low glycemic vegetables.

Other people might run a lot - but eat what is know as low glycemic diet (not low carb).

But Charles has been extremely successful with his way of life - so I wanted to throw it out to you - if you really like running and steaks.

Thanks Charles!
