WOW! Over 2 trillion $$$ on health care spending in the US EACH YEAR!
Pretty soon you are talking real money.
Here is the sad part. They are saying that type 2 diabetes only accounts for 10% of all health care spending.
I call BS. Because they are only looking at people that have been clinically diagnosed with full blown type 2 diabetes.
Type 2 diabetes does not happen over night. Usually it takes 20, 30, 40, 50 years.
To say that someone has type 2 diabetes in year 43 - but not in years 42, 41, 40, etc - is rediculous.
There is what is known as PRE Type 2 diabetes. Also known as Metabolic syndrome, Syndrome X, and a lot of other names.
And most "health experts" are not aware of the all the health problems - all the symptoms - that are flashing big, bright red lights on your dashboard of life - screaming that you have PRE Type 2 diabetes.
Which is why I made a list. If you look in the left hand column, towards the bottom - you will see "Keiths List of Pre Type 2 Diabetes Symptoms". Click on it and open it up.
This is a list of the health problems that are associated with type 2 diabetes. These are the problems caused by type 2 diabetes.
If you have one or more of these symptoms - then most likely you have PRE Type 2 diabetes, Syndrome X, Metabolic Syndrome.
I think that these health problems account for 80% of all health care spending. I am looking at drug store costs, prescription drugs, regular (over the counter) drugs, doctor visits, hospital visits, lab tests, insurance and administrative costs, etc.
My estimate is 1.6 TRILLION $$$ is spent each year on Type 2 diabetes.
Here is the really sad part. PRE type 2 diabetes is caused by eating crap and poor nutrition.
If everyone eat a low carb (or low glycemic) diet, took proper supplements, and got a little moderate exercise - we would have about a 1.6 TRILLION $$$ stimulus package right here in America.
But only YOU can do it.
