After being diagnosed with a list of ailments and being told by doctors that my only course of action was to take prescription drugs for the rest of my life - I started doing research -
and quickly discovered several books that listed my symptoms! I started a diet that "health experts" said would not work (more likely to kill me), supplements that would not work, and an exercise
program that would not work either. The results were so phenominal - that my life has been completly changed. Instead of not having the energy to get off the couch - I go from about 5 AM to 9 PM
seven days a week. Instead of not being able to focus on a task - the fog has lifted and I can focus like never before. Instead of spending a lot of time and money on doctor visits, prescription
drugs, higher insurance costs, and hospital visits - well I do spend money on vitamins - but it is a lot less and lot more conveinent. Basically I found out that most "health experts" are wrong. Dead
wrong. The reasons for why they are wrong range from - their insurance and medical licenses require them to only follow conventional wisdom - to money, political views, ignorance, fraud, and greed.
My goal is to help seperate the truth from fiction so that we can all prosper.
